Should you have any concerns about your jewellery, please contact us at lucy@lucyjurado.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you. If your item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your item.

If damage is deemed not to be a manufacturing defect, we will advise you on our repairs services. You should be aware that when buying any gemstones that they may contain inclusions or have other characteristics. These characteristics are not deemed as a defect. 

Due to the handcrafted nature of each item, there may be minor inconsistencies or irregularities between pieces. These variations are not deemed a defect. 

Jewellery will be subject to everyday wear & tear from activities. We do not provide a warranty for everyday wear & tear or the loss of stones. If your stone appears loose, please contact us at lucy@lucyjurado.co.uk. 

We do not cover theft or loss as such please arrange insurance for your item. 

Terms & Conditions Of This Warranty

• This warranty is only available to those who purchase a Lucy Jurado gold ring. 

• Any alterations by jewellers other than Lucy Jurado will void this warranty.
