When will my order arrive?

For Silver Rings:

(1-3 days) Our fastest delivery service is Royal Mail 24 tracked. They will aim to deliver by the next working day but sometimes it takes 2 days. 95% of deliveries are delivered next day.

For Gold Rings:

All our gold rings are made to order, as such it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number, you will then be able to track your delivery using this tracking number.

For Silver Rings:

You will also be emailed or receive a text message from Royal Mail with your tracking number and expected delivery date.

For Gold Rings:

We use a variety of delivery services, they will send you an email or text message, all gold ring deliveries must be signed for on delivery.



I have an issue with my delivery, how can this be resolved?

If you have any issues with your delivery please email lucy@lucyjurado.co.uk with your order number and an explanation of the issue and customer service will resolve this for you.

Do you have a warranty?

For Silver Rings:

Yes, we have a 12 month craftsmanship warranty. If there are any manufacturing faults with the product in the first 12 months of purchase please contact us at lucy@lucyjurado.co.uk

For Gold Rings:

Are returns free?

For silver rings:

Yes, returns are 100% free.

For Gold Rings:

As our gold rings are bespoke pieces made to your specifications, we do not offer returns.
