We stand behind the integrity and durability of our products and offer the following Craftsmanship Warranty to give you peace of mind when purchasing from us.

Warranty Coverage:

1. Scope of Warranty:
   This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If your jewelry piece fails due to any manufacturing defect during this period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
   
   

2. What’s Covered:
   
   

• Defects in materials or craftsmanship, such as loose stones, or improper soldering.
  
  

• Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, such as tarnishing, bending, or wear to the metal finish (except as detailed below).
  
  

3. What’s Not Covered:
   
   

• Damage caused by accidental impact, misuse, or neglect (e.g., dropping the jewelry, exposure to harsh chemicals, or wearing the piece during physical activities).
  
  

• Normal aging or wear, including tarnish or patina that naturally develops over time.
  
  

• Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than Lucy Jurado or our authorized service centers.
  
  

• Loss or theft of the jewelry.
  
  

4. Warranty Process:
   If you believe your jewelry is covered under this warranty, please contact customer service at lucy@lucyjurado.co.uk  You will need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and, if necessary, return the item to us for inspection.
   
   Once the item is reviewed, we will determine whether the damage is covered under this warranty. If it is, we will either repair or replace the item, depending on the situation. In some cases, we may offer an alternative solution based on the severity of the issue.
   
   

5. Repair and Replacement:
   
   

• If the piece is found to be defective, we will repair it at no cost. If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement of equal or similar value.
  
  

• If the item has been discontinued or is unavailable for replacement, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
  
  

6. Exclusions:
   This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the jewelry.
   
   

7. Limitations:
   This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser. Any claims made outside of the warranty period or for non-covered reasons will be subject to additional charges for repairs.
   
   

8. Customer Responsibility:
   
   

• To ensure your jewelry stays in the best condition, we recommend following best care practices, including avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, moisture, and extreme conditions.
